The Rockaway Township Rockets PeeWee football team showed their support for the Breast Cancer Awarness program by wearing pink shoe laces in the Rockets' 19-0 victory over Morristown on Saturday, Oct. 10, at Peterson Field. Shane Dougherty, one of the players, came up with the idea and his parents purchased the laces. The players were told that wearing the laces for the game was purely optional ... and they all chose to wear them.
