   ROCKAWAY - The Morris Knolls High School freshman boys basketball team got a 19-point performance from Chris Stark as the Eagles defeated Morris Hills at Morris Hills in a battle of sister-schools on Wednesday, Dec. 30.

   The Eagles opened the game with a 17-9 first-period run and were never headed.

   Connor Flaherty scored 12 points - all on three-point field goals - and Zach Caggins and Michael Signer each added nine for Knolls.

   Michael Zvolensky and Michael Boller each scored three points and John Duffy hit a pair of free throws to complete the Morris Knolls scoring.

   For Morris Hills, Brian Walls finished with a game-high 20 points; Eric Schrader added 12; Matt Szkola, Bob Silhanicki and Tyler Moran each scored two points; and Eric Turner and Adam Binkowski each hit a free-throw.
