"Defensemen Jim Doris, Matt Sinatra, Pat Smail and Tyler Doyle are to be commended for their play against Kinnelon ... and it goes without saying that Ross kept us in the game with his stellar performance."
Rockaway Township faces Denville in its next MCYHL game, a 7:45 p.m. contest at Mennen Arena on Sunday, Oct. 31.
"This is another rematch - Denville won the first game, 4-2," Smail said. "This is always a good game for the kids because many of the Denville kids attend Morris Knolls High School with some of our players."
