Rangers, 3-1, in a game played at Morris Catholic High School on Sunday, June 27, after avenging an early-season with a 3-2 victory over the Brooklyn Knights in a game played at  Brooklyn' Metropolitan Oval  on Saturday, June 26.
In the win over the Rangers, Maeve Krueger and Dina Shiera each scored a goal and added an assist; Alexandra Rankin scored a single goal; and  Jackie Nelson added an assist. Danielle Beniullus was in goal for the Diamonds for the entire contest.
Against Brooklyn, a team that beat the Diamonds, 4-2, in Parsippany on Sunday, June 13, Krueger and Shiera each scored single goals and had assists; Rachel Voight added a goal; and Rankin finished with one assist. Beniullus was the keeper.
Earlier in the week, the Diamonds split back-to-back games at Reynolds Field in Parsippany, beating TSF Academy, 3-1, on Thursday, June 24, after losing a 1-0 decision to league-leader MatchFit Academy on Wednesday, June 23.
Krueger scored her first hat trick of the season against TSF. Two of her goals came on direct kicks while the third was scored with an assist from Katie Weber. Beniullus was in goal for the entire game for the Diamonds.
In the loss to MatchFit, the only goal of the game against Beniullus was the result of a breakaway.
The Diamonds gained a weekend Saturday-Sunday (June 19-20) split earlier, losing a 5-1 decision to Long Island Rough Rider on Sunday at Long Island after beating Perugio Grifos, 3-0, in a game played at Reynolds Field the day before.
